14k yellow gold doll charm necklace from our worry doll collection features blue sapphires, pink sapphires, orange sapphires, amethysts and diamonds. Charm measures approximately 5/8" x 1/4".
Fine 14k gold cable chain is 16" long with an extra loop at 18".
Worry dolls originated in Guatemala, and legend has it that if you whisper your worries to these tiny dolls before bed and put them under your pillow, your worries will be gone when you wake up.
